Ryan Alexander Lloyd

Biography

Ryan Alexander Lloyd’s credits include, Director of Photography for the feature film 'Sunday', which was selected for the 2012 MIFF 37°South Market, 'Picking up at Auschwitz' which premiered at the 2012 St Kilda short film festival, and Elliott McKee's latest short film ‘Nausea’, shot on Location in New Zealand. Also shot on location in New Zealand was the NZFC funded short film ‘Wide Eyed’, directed by Catherine Bisley.

He has shot numerous music videos for the likes of Lost Animals, Geoffrey O'Connor and Courtney Barnett. Ryan has also worked with the directors from Exit Films Melbourne on docos and music videos. A Director of Photography who is keen to form collaborative relationships and creative partnerships. With a wide range of knowledge across a number of formats from the Arri Alexa, Red Cameras, 35mm or 16mm his images are always unique and inspiring.

Ryan is also an avid stills photographer in his spare time along with being a keen bicyclist.

Ryan was selected to participate in the Berlinale Talent Campus 2013.
